TRACEY HINKLEY
Therapy Intern
Every person’s story is unique, and I am here to help you navigate yours with compassion and care. As a therapist intern, I am passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions or issues related to aging, I am here to support you with empathy and evidence-based practices.
My approach is client centered, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based, and solution-focused techniques. I believe in fostering self-awareness, resilience and meaningful change, empowering you to lead a more fulfilling life.
I am currently completing a Master of Social Work degree at Boise State, gaining hands on experience under the supervision of Diana Gutierrez, LCSW. Prior to pursuing my MSW, I gained valuable experience working as a caregiver for aging adults. This passion inspired me to earn a degree in Psychology and Gerontology from UCLA, so I could better support the unique challenges and needs of older adults.
If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk this journey with you. Feel free to reach out and schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
