Morgan Robinson, LCSW

Therapist

The decision to reach out for help is a huge step, and it’s an honor to be a part of and bear witness to someone’s healing journey. I believe therapy is most effective with a strong therapeutic alliance as the foundation. I work to foster an environment of safety and understanding where I can support clients in working toward their goals. My approach is strengths-based and client driven. I work to tailor my approach to each client’s needs, and often incorporate elements of self-compassion, acceptance, and mindfulness.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Idaho and my master’s degree in social work from Boise State University. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, and life transitions as well as LGBTQ+ and Veteran populations. My approach is primarily informed by DBT and ACT. I have additional experience with CBT and

Written Exposure Therapy.

I’m an Idaho native, though I enjoy getting to travel from time to time. In my free time I enjoy reading fantasy novels, crocheting, listening to show tunes, and spending time with my fur baby!
