Hannah Dyer, PMHNP
Nurse Practitioner
I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Idaho State University. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and supporting them on their journey toward emotional wellness. I believe mental health care should feel safe, supportive, and empowering, and my goal is always to listen, understand, and collaborate with you to find the tools and strategies that foster balance, healing, and hope.

I welcome patients of all ages, though I especially enjoy working with adolescents/ teens, and young adults. I can also provide medication assisted therapy (MAT) for those on their sobriety journey. Seeking mental health support can feel daunting, so I want you to feel proud of yourself for taking this first step—I look forward to partnering with you.

Outside of my work, I find grounding and joy in hiking, gardening, playing with my dog and two cats, spending time with my husband, and doing puzzles. These hobbies help me stay present and recharge, allowing me to bring my best self to the care I provide.
